Permanent Supportive Apartment Programs
Eagle Star Housing’s Permanent Supportive Housing Programs offer residents a unique opportunity to receive increased support while transitioning to independent housing. Some Eagle Star Housing programs exclusively serve Veterans and others serve both Veterans and those with mental health needs. Veterans will be prioritized in all programs. Residents can remain in these programs permanently if they require long-term support services or temporarily if they no longer need support.
To be qualified for Eagle Star Housing’s permanent supportive housing programs one must have served in the United States Armed Forces or have a qualifying mental health disorder, meet certain income requirements, have housing instability and must require supportive services to live independently. Referrals for all permanent supportive housing programs can be made by providers and/or individuals by contacting the Eagle Star Housing Program Director.
