TRANSITIONAL HOUSING LOCATIONS

Eagle Star Housing prides itself in working with Veterans that have become homeless. We understand that being homeless is a stressful and uncomfortable experience and want to make sure that Veterans are provided a safe place to live while searching for permanent housing. We will work diligently to address all barriers in obtaining housing, to include both substance abuse issues and mental health challenges and determine how best to assist from there. In a collaborative effort with the Department of Veterans Affairs, you will be linked to services as needed and resources that you may need to be successful. If you have ever served in the United States Armed Forces and have found yourself homeless, please contact your local VA homeless program to be referred to an appropriate transitional housing environment by contacting the National Call Center for Homeless Veterans at 1 (877) 4AID-VET.

Eagle Star Housing currently provides 60-90 days of transitional housing for up to 31 Veterans at its homes in Pembroke and Spencerport, NY, and provides up to 180 days of transitional housing for up to 20 Veterans at its Safe Haven program in Farmington, NY.
