Michael Grammatico is an alumnus of SUNY Geneseo, having graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from the John Wiley Jones School of Business in 1987.  Mike has served on various boards, including The Salvation Advisory Board, Genesee/Wyoming Family YMCA Board and Trustees, the Jerome Foundation, Genesee Mercy Health Care Foundation and The New York State YMCA Funds Inc. Board and Trustees.  Lifelong residents of Western New York, Mike and his wife Sarah currently reside in Batavia.  They have three sons:  Christopher, Tommy, and Luke.

Appreciating all our country has to offer, and the Veterans who have protected our freedoms, Mike is proud to support Eagle Star Housing assist Veterans seeking transitional housing.

Dan Loughran

Daniel Loughran, CFA, was involved in the investment industry for more than 29 years, most recently serving as Senior Portfolio Manager and leader of OppenheimerFunds Rochester municipal investment team before retiring in 2016. While at Oppenheimerfunds, Mr. Loughran oversaw a team of 18 investment professionals managing 20 municipal bond funds. Prior to joining OppenheimerFunds in 1994, Mr. Loughran was employed in New York City by Morgan Stanley & Company and Bank of America. He has received an M.B.A. in Finance from Pace University and has a B.S. in Management Science with a concentration in Finance from the State University of New York at Geneseo. Possessing a Chartered Financial Analyst designation since 1996, he is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Rochester. He is a volunteer in a variety of functions for SUNY Geneseo, The Perinton Food Shelf, Church of the Assumption, and the United Way of Rochester.

Matt McAlpin

Matt graduated from SUNY Fredonia with a BS in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Management and Marketing. While earning his degree, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. and served as a reservist. After beginning his career in the home mortgage industry for 5 years, Matt joined McAlpin Industries in 2010 and represents the 3rd generation of ownership. Matt’s corporate expertise centers around Sales, Marketing, Estimating, Technical Sales Engineering and Customer Service.

Rob Lamb

Rob concentrates his practice on issues that involve estate planning, administration and elder law. A substantial part of Rob’s practice involves working with individuals and families to develop customized plans that help protect assets from the costs associated with long-term care and Medicaid through the use of irrevocable trusts, promissory note & gift strategies, caregiver’s agreements, and supplemental needs trusts for disabled children. He is also an experienced litigator and has fought for his clients on a wide variety of cases involving estate and civil litigation as well as criminal defense.

Dane Sprague

Dane Sprague

Dane Sprague is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (retired) who served as the Genesee County Commissioner of Social Services and as a business analyst for the NYS Office of Children and Family Services. Other volunteer activities include the boards of the Vic Blood Charitable Foundation and the LeRoy Ambulance Service. He is also a member of the All Apostles Society for St. Joseph’s School. Dane is a US Army veteran (1969-1971). He firmly believes in and supports the Eagle Star Housing mission to help homeless veterans secure permanent housing and personal stability.

Mr. Roth has been an Allstate agency owner for 20 years serving my local community. He proudly serves on the board of Eagle Star to be able to help a veteran in need.

They protected our freedoms and I want to try to protect them and get them back on track in life. This is very fulfilling to me to know that I can make a difference in a veterans life.

Justin Hept

Justin Hept Current President of Innovation Builders Inc., a commercial wood framing company.

Hept served in the United States Marine Corps as a Radio Operator from 2001-2005 when he was honorably discharged. In 2005 he entered into the construction industry, utilizing the Helmets to Hardhats program.

Bethany Mucci

Bethany Mucci

Bethany graduated from St. John Fisher College with a BA in Communication/Journalism and a Management Minor in Marketing. She has over 15 years of professional marketing experience. Currently, she is the Marketing Manager for Popli Design Group, where she has been since 2012. Bethany resides in Pittsford with her husband, Kevin, and their daughter, Nora, and dog, Tito.

Having a father who served in the Army Reserves for 24 years and did two tours of duty for this Country, makes Bethany proud to support Eagle Star Housing.

Jamie Catalfamo

Jamie Catalfamo graduated from SUNY Binghamton with a B.S. in Romance Languages and Literature. After college she worked for Mary Cariola Children’s Center for almost two years before deciding to make a career change to the financial services industry where she has continued to build her business for the past 6 years. She also serves on the community services board for DePaul. Jamie has lived in the Finger Lakes region her entire life, and now currently resides in Greece with her fiancé, Drew.

I have always found it important to find ways to take care of others and our community. I think we all need to give where we can. I am grateful to have the opportunity to serve on the board of ESH, an organization that cares for such honorable people. The individuals who walk through our doors have sacrificed so much for our country – it’s our duty as a community to take care of them and treat them with the utmost respect and dignity.
